First off the product is sleek, elegant, very well made. Includes the diamond tip engraver, the plates and screws.Now the engraver worked great, took a little practice, but made it work.I feel better knowing my private keys are etched in black anodized stainless steel and will last forever, and for generations. I recommend this product to anyone who has a hardware wallet or any wallet and wants to give there cryptocurrency an extra layer of security.

The plates are pretty nice but I messed mine up real good by trying to use the cheap engraver they included. The tip rotates in a wide circle rather than spinning/vibrating tightly. If you buy their product, you should get plates by themselves and get a decent engraver.

The pieces of metal seem fine. Packaging is nice. Other than that I will need to stamp these plates as the engraver is just garbage (missing button to turn it on, overall just cheap nonsense, couldn’t get it to work). Should be much cheaper if just getting metal plates.

The engraving pen doesn't work. Even after trying to fix it. It is totally dead
