How to care for your bed: Before travelling, our beds are placed in plastic and "vacuum sealed". To ensure that your bed looks its best (especially if giving it as a gift), we recommend you take the bed out of the plastic and allow it time to "breathe" by separating the pillow from the bed, turning the bed inside out and running through a tumble dryer cycle. The bed is completely front-loading machine washer and dryer safe. DO NOT use a top-loading "agitator" style machine or BLEACH. Prior to washing either the removable cushion or the bed frame, please shake out all loose dirt, twigs etc. Hoover (Vacuum) wands also work great at removing loose dirt etc from our beds. Wash in WARM cycle 30 - 40C. You may wash the reversible removable cushion separately. If washing both parts of the bed, remove cushion from bed frame walls. Turn bed frame walls inside out. Depending on the load capacity of your machine and size of the bed, you may need to wash the parts separately or take your FULL bed to a launderette. After removing bed from spin cycle, gently pull apart any areas (especially centre of pillow) that may have been spun into clumps, prior to machine drying. DO NOT "lay flat" or "hang to dry" our beds. After sometime of use, the base pillow will need to be "fluffed up". Do this by running the pillow through a tumble dryer cycle or by following wash and dry instructions. Following these care instructions should result in a bed that lasts you for years, as our own "Test Beds" have done.
