I have a pretty active household, so when I decided to get an area rug, I wanted a washable one. The pattern on this one works well to bring together a few colours in the room. It's not far from the front entry, so the pattern is also nice because it doesn't show every footprint, and when my cat decided to hork up a hairball, the mess came out easily with just a quick scrub with a damp cloth. It is not a thick rug, so it's not really cushion-y, but it is soft under bare feet. It isn't grippy to the floor underneath, though. That's the only downside I've found so far. I haven't yet had to toss it in the wash because I have been able to easily spot clean kid and pet messes.

I bought the Brown/Gray/Red pattern in the 5’x7’ size. The dimensions are correct and the colors and pattern are exactly as advertised! This is a nice rug for my new apartment’s small living room/kitchen area. There is a non-slip surface on the bottom which grips to the floor really well. The rug comes in an impressively small box all folded up, so there will be some creases in the beginning. The manufacturer recommends ironing it if necessary, but my creases aren’t that bad and I plan to just let it naturally settle over time. Also, the rug is so soft! I was surprised when I opened it how soft it was. It’s not made of typical carpet material like other rugs, it’s made of very short fibers that are really soft. Since it is a cheaper rug, it is on the thinner side, so there won’t be a lot of cushioning or anything under your feet. This is not an issue for me though. When I bought it, it was $59, and this rug meets my needs for the low price point as I didn’t want to splurge on an expensive rug for now. I also like the fact that it’s machine washable!

Looked and felt incredible! However it was a lighter weight than I wanted. Bunched up occasionally when someone turned quickly on it. Overall a great rug, though.

Love these rugs, bought 3 different sizes from manufacturer. The only issue is finding sizes to purchase, not all sizes listed together. Must search Amazon under manufacturer and order each one by one. Colors are great, rug has backing so it's no slide, not too thick, very easy to clean. Small rug washed in machine on delicate cycle. DO NOT USE DRYER. Hang to dry. Velvety soft under foot

We really like these rugs, easy to clean, easy to work with and move around. Works great on our road track van for staying under the cabinet doors. They have been durable and stay brightly colored, very nice.

Absolutely gorgeous rug! It's soft and pretty. It matches my home perfectly. It is pretty easy to spot clean and clean up spills. I took away 2 stars for 2 reasons. 1) You cannot vacuum this rug. It is impossible. Even using the lowest setting (hardwood floors with no brush roller), it just sucks up the rug. It doesn't matter which direction you go. Using rug tape to hold it down to the floor doesn't help. It's impossible. So we had to buy one of those old fashioned manual push carpet sweeper things to be able to "vacuum" it. 2) This rug is not washable as advertised unless you have a front loader washing machine. The instructions included say you cannot use a washing machine with an agitator. It will rip it up. Almost all laundry mats have rules about not washing rugs. So this is not washable for people with good washing machines. Other than those 2 very annoying things, we love the rug and will be keeping it. I just wish we didn't have to buy a special cleaning tool to be able to "vacuum" it.

Amazing quality :) I order the 5 x 7 Carpet and I was very pleased with the quality. It is a gem! For the record - It did arrive folded (When I unboxed it, my fears went away, the carpet was perfect) - I did not notice any visible creases (Some of the past comments indicated that it was a "blanket" or "creases were everywhere" ) - I found this to be inaccurate, it is a lovely carpet. - The carpet is well put together with thought and care. - It does not slip (I placed it on tiles and it felt sturdy). - The carpet is lovely, abstract, and natural. It will compliment traditional and modern pieces. I would recommend this pattern for larger spaces as it will elevate your look. - It is thin however, it looks elegant and it is soft to walk on. I feel it is ideal for large spaces, or for front entrances. I would pair it with mahogany or modern furniture. - Versatile, if you want to conceal the dirt, it would hide it well.

This is an excellent rug, for my craft room and I love it, so I bought a bigger one for the living room which is also excellent. They're not very thick, but they're are very soft. I would recommend them to anyone, if they're looking for something warm under foot that is quick to take up, and put down, and washable!

Nice rug, nice colour, its is thin and really hard to get wrinkles out as it comes shrink wrapped, took a month at least laying out but still see a bit of wrinkle, i think it would work better for a bdrm or den, but it is nice and a good price

We were looking for a carpet for our new couch that was beige and gold and under $300. For the 8x10 or bigger size, retail stores were $300+. We opted to try this one based on the reviews. Pros: It is beautiful and very soft. Fits our 9ft couch perfectly. It is easy to wipe clean or use a green machine for stains (so washable) Cons: It is thin so if you want a thick carpet or “warmth” from one you won’t get that. A vacuum cleaner does not go over it well (Dyson) we have to hold it down and pull it one way to vacuum or use the hand held attachment because the rug clumps in the wand so it’s hard to clean at times. Overall for the price I would recommend it if you are on a budget and need a big sized rug.
