The drawers in this cabinet have chrome handle pulls for resistance to corrosion, and they extend on case-hardened ball-bearing slides to facilitate smooth open and close operations. The drawers contain depressors in the front and hoods in the back to help keep paper from curling. A single top lock secures all drawers with one key for security. Two keys are provided for the lock. This flat file storage cabinet can be stacked with other Sandusky 244885 or 244879 flat file storage cabinets for expanded storage space, and it comes with label holders to facilitate the identification of the contents in each drawer. The cabinet has leg levelers for use on uneven surfaces, and a powder coat finish to resist chipping and corrosion. It is commonly used for organizing and storing documents in architectural, graphic design, and professional office environments, among others. The cabinet measures 16-1/8 x 46-3/4 x 35-3/8 inches (H x W x D).
