THE PET CORP. dual gauge CO2 regulator for pressurized face up CO2 cylinder + 24 hours timer is manufactured and assembled in India, this regulator is made of brass and is attached with a high quality Janatics solenoid valve with led indicator and flow control valve for precise CO2 output, solenoid valve can be connected to the timer to switch on and cut off the CO2 supply. gauge no.1 shows the pressure in the cylinder gauge no 2 shows working pressure which can be adjusted by twisting the knob. this package includes . The pet corp. CO2 regulator 2. solenoid valve (attached) 3. flow control valve (attached) 4. 24 hours timer 5. 1 meter co2 tubing Instructions:- Make sure working pressure knob is loose before installing Use a wrench to tighten the input to the CO2 cylinder, Push the CO2 tubing thoroughly into the flow control valve to avoid leakage Use clean cut CO2 tubing like one provided with the regulator to avoid leakage After attaching it to the cylinder open the cylinder valve then one gauge will show the pressure in the cylinder Second gauge will display the working pressure , tighten the working pressure knob to achieve desired working pressure (recommended working pressure is 2 kg/cm2 )working pressure knob is limited to 3-4 kg/cm2 and safety valve will be activated if working pressure in the regulator exceeds 5 kg/cm2 for safety. After setting the working pressure switch on the solenoid valve and adjust the flow control to 1 or 2 bubbles per second according to the aquariums requirement CO2 supply will not stop immediately after sw off the solenoid valve it will take at least 2 to 3 minutes to stop the supply of CO2 this is caused due to remaining pressure in the CO2 tubing and solenoid valve. Slight fluctuation in working pressure dial and increase in temperature of solenoid valve during operation (on/off) is normal. Connect the solenoid valve with a 24 hrs timer for automatic cut off inlet size- 5/8 flare pipe size – 6mm OD
